H Care® EQ-18 is a sulfate-free, gentle, concentrated blend of surfactants for use as a base for high-foam personal care products. The eco-friendly blend is free of alcohol, diethanolamides, lauryl sulfates, laureth sulfates, parabens, and formaldehyde.
