- Berryman Chemical Polyethylene Glycol 400 is a polyol that is functionally 100% active.
- It is a clear, odorless, viscous liquid.
- The two primary hydroxyl groups of the polyethylene glycol can undergo typical alcohol reactions to form monoesters, diesters, ethers and acetals. PEG 400 is hydrophilic and is soluble in water, acetone, alcohols, glycols, and aromatic hydrocarbons.
