- Emulsification, Dispersion and Corrosion Protection: Aristonate® M provides excellent emulsification, dispersion and corrosion inhibition properties in cutting oils, surface coatings, textile oils, water based lubricants and pigment wetting applications. Aristionate® M also imparts excellent emulsification characteristics for oil in water, water-in-oil, and solids in oil formulations.
- Soluble Oils: Aristonate® M is the emulsifier of choice for metalworking high water based cutting fluids and simple soluble oils. Aristonate® M imparts maximum corrosion protection to metal parts through machining while maintaining excellent cooling and lubrication properties. Aristonate® M provides maximum dispersion of metal particles removed, permitting an optimum surface finish on the machined surface.
- High Water Based Fluids: Aristonate® M has the optimum balance of hydrophilic and lipophilic properties for the formualtion of low oil, high water based fluids such as grinding oils or parts cleaners.
