T-Det® A 1320-8 is an 80% active, APE-free polymeric surfactant designed for use in emulsion polymerization systems. It can be used alone as the main emulsifier or in combination with other co-surfactants. It has a unique and proprietary reaction profile that results in low levels of polyethylene glycol, which can cause problems in latex production and post-processing. This product can be added after the production of acrylic latexes to provide additional stability against issues such as viscosity creep, shear thickening, and freeze-thaw separation. This surfactant is useful for both acrylic and styrene-acrylic latexes.

T-Det® A 1340-50 is an APE-free polymeric surfactant designed for use in emulsion polymerization systems. It can be used alone or in combination with other co-surfactants. It has a unique reaction profile with low levels of polyethylene glycol. This product provides additional stability against viscosity creep, shear thickening, and freeze-thaw separation when post-added to acrylic latexes and is useful for both acrylic and styrene-acrylic latexes. It is a pourable and pumpable liquid that is readily solubilized in water with mild agitation. This product is nonionic, making it compatible with anionic and cationic surfactants.

Harcryl® 1228 M is a free acid phosphate ester of 2-HEMA (hydroxyethyl methacrylate). It is predominantly composed of the monoalkyl phosphate ester, making it easy to incorporate into a variety of polymer systems. The ratio of mono-alkyl to dialkyl phosphate makes Harcryl® 1228 M more hydrophilic than Harcryl® 1228. In addition, it is inhibited by the addition of 400 ppm hydroquinone.

Antifoam HL™ 52 is a non-silicone, 100% active defoamer that is designed to be as effective as silicone-based defoamers. It consists of a highly efficient and effective blend of defoaming ingredients. This blend exhibits excellent performance in a broad range of applications, including water-based paints, inks and coatings, chemical processing (both batch and continuous), textiles and textile finishes, and latex adhesives.

T-Mulz® ADP is an additive used to improve the adhesion of paint film on non-ferrous substrates such as aluminum, zinc, copper, brass, and electroplated steel. It is typically used in stoving paints and promotes adhesion of stoving paints on difficult non-ferrous substrates. Additionally, it improves the paint films flexibility and impact resistance.

Antifoam 645:35 is a silicone-free defoamer designed specifically for waterborne coatings, particularly those used in packaging coatings for cans. Antifoam 645:35 effectively controls foam formation and maintains compatibility with styrene acrylics and acrylics in the paints and coatings industry.

T-Det® A 1330-5 is a 50% water cutback of an alcohol based surface active agent produced by the reaction of tridecyl alcohol with 30 moles of ethylene oxide. It is a clear liquid at room temperature. Its nonionic structure makes it compatible with anionic surfactants and it is stable in the presence of acids, bases, and salts.

T-Det® A 1330-7 is a 70% active polymeric surfactant without APE (alkylphenol ethoxylates), made for use in emulsion polymerization systems. It can act as a standalone primary emulsifier or be used with other co-surfactants. Its special reaction profile reduces the levels of polyethylene glycols, which can cause problems in latex production and post-processing. This product can be added later in the production process of acrylic latexes to improve stability against changes in viscosity, thickening under stress, and separation during freeze-thaw cycles. This surfactant is suitable for both acrylic and styrene-acrylic latexes.

The ratio of mono-alkyl to di-alkyl phosphate allows Harcryl® 1228 to be easily incorporated into a variety of polymer systems. The polarity of Harcryl® 1228 provides for application in hydrophilic formulations as well. The primary use area for Harcryl® 1228 is emulsion polymerization and it is inhibited with 400ppm of added hydroquinone.
