T-Det® N 5 is an anhydrous liquid nonionic surface-active agent produced by the reaction of nonylphenol with 5 moles of ethylene oxide. This product is regarded as non-hazardous, however, it is considered to possess low acute oral and skin penetration and should not be used in products for internal use. It appears as a colorless, clear liquid.
