Product Applications
  • H-Sperse® 10190C is a VOC and solvent-free wetting and dispersing additive for aqueous coating systems, printing inks and adhesives, as well as a standard additive for binder-free pigment concentrates, and is especially suitable for organic pigments and carbon blacks.
  • H-Sperse® 10190C disperses pigments and inhibits flocculation by means of steric and electrostatic stabilization. Small dispersed pigment particle size allows for high levels of gloss and improved color strength. Transparency is also increased, and the viscosity is both reduced and stabilized over time. In this way, the flow characteristics are improved and a higher pigment loading is possible.
  • H-Sperse® 10190C is especially suitable for producing binder-free, stable pigment concentrates with pigment content up to 50%. These pigment concentrates can be let down with standard aqueous binders (acrylate dispersions or water-soluble acrylic resins, for example).
  • The recommended dosage used is 20-30% (as solid) against pigment for organic pigments and carbon blacks.
