H Care® P 35 is a high-active liquid pearling agent designed for easy dispersibility at ambient temperatures. It is used in pearlescent cosmetic surfactant preparations, particularly for DEA-free formulations. Its appearance is a white, pearlescent fluid with a pH of 7.0-8.0 at 10% aqueous concentration.
