H Care® 1C is a plant-derived alkyl imidazoline monocarboxylic acid amphoteric. H Care® 1C provides mild cleansing, counter-irritancy, light conditioning, and high foaming properties. This product is ideal for use in a wide variety of personal care products. It is readily biodegradable per OECD 301 methods and meets the criteria for a surfactant under the EU Detergents Regulation (EC) 648/2004.
