Calsoft® AOS-1245 has excellent cost performance characteristics and foam properties, along with broad pH stability, great viscosity building, and mildness properties. Calsoft® AOS-1245 offers improved mildness over sodium lauryl sulfate. Calsoft® AOS-1245 is fully compatible with other anionic, amphoteric, and nonionic surfactants.

Calsoft® AOS-1245 is a multifunctional surfactant perfect for use in personal care, HI&I, and oil and gas applications. Calsoft® AOS-1245 combines the advantages of excellent cleaning action with mildness to the skin when used in liquid soap formulations. Calsoft® AOS-1245 compounded with an amine oxide and electrolyte, produce high viscosity, low color hand soap products. Shampoos and bath products formulated with Calsoft® AOS-1245 have excellent viscosity and foam characteristics. Calsoft® AOS-1245 along with other anionic surfactants produce manual dish washing products that have excellent grease emulsification, skin mildness, and high foam stability. Calsoft® AOS-1245’s high flash foam properties in high electrolytic environments create excellent results in down-hole oil field applications.

Store in a tightly closed container. Do not store with strong oxidizing agents. Avoid contact with aluminum, iron, copper, or copper alloys. Avoid excessive heat. Recommended storage temperatures are 51-100°F. Avoid contact with eyes, skin, and clothing. Wear appropriate personal protective equipment and observe good industrial hygiene practices.
